The ammeter for testing current can only be connected in series at 5V input terminal of charging board.
The best charging current is 0.37c of the battery capacity, which is 0.37 times of the capacity. For example, the charging current of 1000 MAH battery is 400, which is enough. If the charging speed is too large, the effect will be poor. After flushing, the battery voltage will drop more!
The charging connecting wire shall not be too thin and too long. In this way, the connection resistance is high. If it is too thin, the battery voltage will drop more after flushing.
The best connection with the battery is good contact. Otherwise, the battery voltage will drop more after flushing.
If the input voltage of 5V is too high, such as 5.2 or even 5.5, the charging current will be less than 1000mA, which is normal. High voltage chip heating will automatically reduce the charging current, not to the chip burned. It is normal for the chip to heat at about 60 ℃. After all, the charging current is high.
The reverse connection of input has no effect on the chip, but the reverse connection of output (battery end) will burn the chip, please pay attention to it.
